We are seeking a driven, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join our team. In this position, you will support our customer growth through cold email outreach efforts. Your responsibilities will include creating lead lists, running and optimizing campaigns, managing inboxes, overseeing cold email automations, maintaining mailbox infrastructure health, reporting to leadership, and developing new campaign ideas to improve performance.

Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain lead lists from our target market
- Run and manage cold email campaigns
- Manage campaign inboxes and prospect communication
- Develop and test new campaign ideas and outreach strategies
- Oversee cold email automations and campaign workflows
- Ensure mailbox infrastructure remains healthy and operational
- Track campaign performance and report progress to leadership
A typical day in this role
- Build and organize lead lists
- Launch and monitor cold email campaigns
- Reply to and manage inbound responses
- Test new campaign ideas, messaging, and variables
- Monitor mailbox health and campaign performance
- Manage and optimize outreach automations
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness
- Report daily and weekly progress to management
Required qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience
- Previous experience managing cold email campaigns in a fast-paced work environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Fluent or native English with very strong written communication skills

Technical requirements
- Experience using common cold email and outreach tools: Smartlead, Apollo, Clay
- Experience managing cold email infrastructure and campaign operations
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and online collaboration tools
- Comfort using video conferencing platforms such as Zoom
