Key stage 1-3 GCSE / IGCSE AS-Level A-LevelInsights Prep was founded with the mission to improve the quality of after-school support in the MENA region and to rethink the traditional tutoring model.
Before Insights, we struggled to find great tutors in the region who were not only knowledgeable but also highly engaging, passionate about their subjects, and genuinely invested in a student's long-term success. Additionally, we felt that the standard tutoring approach was broken: sessions would accumulate without proper accountability, structure, results and follow-up.
From the beginning, we aimed to fix that in our approach. We also chose to look beyond individual subjects and standard 'tutoring'. A student's education isn't made up of isolated classes, so our approach shouldn't be either. Hence, we look at the whole academic picture, the student's full report card, shifting focus as priorities change and making sure support is always directed where it is needed most.
Sometimes that means adding support in one subject. Sometimes it means reducing it in another. Sometimes it means telling a family that a student no longer needs tutoring at all. Success isn't measured by the number of hours a student takes. It's measured by the progress they make in school.
What started with students from one school has grown, largely through word of mouth, into a community of families. But as Insights Prep has grown, the idea that started it has remained the same: every student deserves thoughtful guidance, genuine accountability, and someone looking out for their overall academic journey, not just the next lesson.
We started in just one school in Dubai and have since reached 50+ schools across 10 countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Egypt and Lebanon, primarily through positive, organic word of mouth among families.
