Each family is assigned a dedicated educational strategist — an experienced educator who designs your child’s academic plan, matches them with the right tutor, and closely monitors progress.
Your strategist meets with you regularly, provides clear feedback, and guides you through important academic decisions. Families often rely on their strategist to help and weigh in on key questions such as:

What if I don’t like my tutor - can I change?
Absolutely. We offer a complimentary trial and diagnostic lesson so you can experience the tutor’s teaching style while allowing us to complete your baseline assessment and create your custom plan. If at any time you feel the match isn’t right, we’re more than happy to switch tutors. This happens infrequently, as we are confident in our ability to match students with the right-fit tutor.
