Insights Prep is looking for a driven, confident, and ambitious Growth & Partnerships Associate to join our team. This is a high-ownership role for someone who does not want to sit behind a desk all day and wants to lean real skills. You will be out in the market, building relationships with schools and others, representing the brand, creating partnerships, and helping us reach more students, families, schools, and organizations across the GCC through innovative growth tactics.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will support our growth by forming and managing partnerships with schools, corporates, community groups, speakers, blogs, and other organizations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building relationships with schools, community groups, corporates, and partner organizations

Reaching out to potential partners and turning conversations into opportunities

Coordinating and managing the events calendar

Identifying, securing, and coordinating event speakers. 

Required qualifications

Based in the UAE
1 to 5 years of professional experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Fluent or native English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in partnerships, events, sales, business development, or a client-facing role is preferred

Skills and competencies

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Confident public speaking and presentation abilities
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently
Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-changing environment
Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Clear, professional communication skills
Comfortable working directly with founders and leadership
Comfortable with feedback and iteration

Technical requirements

Proficiency with Google Sheets and online collaboration tools
Experience using CRM systems is a plus
Comfort using video conferencing platforms such as Zoom
