We are seeking a warm, confident, and highly motivated Education Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will guide families through their decision-making process, helping them identify the right educational support, recommending suitable services, and supporting them through enrollment. You will conduct consultations, follow up with prospective families, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with prospective families
- Explain Insights Prep’s services and offerings
- Understand family needs and recommend the most suitable solutions
- Follow up with prospective families throughout the decision-making process
- Support families through the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate records and lead tracking within the CRM
- Track and report on consultation and conversion performance
A typical day in this role:
- Meet with prospective families via video call
- Learn about student goals, challenges, and educational needs
- Present relevant Insights Prep services and recommendations
- Answer parent questions and address concerns
- Follow up with prospective families and nurture opportunities
- Update CRM records and maintain lead hygiene
- Monitor sales pipeline activity and progress
- Report daily and weekly progress to management
Required qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Fluent or native English with exceptional verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred

Technical requirements
