Insights Prep seeks a driven Operations Associate to support key business functions including operations, recruitment, customer experience, data management, and process improvement while working directly with company leadership.
What You'll Do
Support a variety of operational functions across the business and help ensure systems, processes, tutors, staff, and customers are supported effectively.
Responsibilities
- Managing customer, tutor, and staff inquiries and ensuring timely resolution
- Supporting tutor and staff sourcing, screening, onboarding, and ongoing coordination
- Maintaining accurate records across CRM and operational platforms such as HubSpot and Teachworks
- Tracking operational, tutor, and customer performance metrics and preparing reports for leadership
- Managing data entry, organization, and dashboard maintenance
- Supporting customer enrollment, invoicing, and administrative processes
- Identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and process optimization
- Conducting research and supporting special projects across different areas of the business
- Working closely with leadership to support the company's growth and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Fluent or native English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in operations, administration, customer service, recruitment, sales, or a related field is preferred
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and online collaboration tools
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar platforms
- Comfortable using Zoom and other digital communication tools
- Ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and automation tools
